Kenny Haddaway: Has been performing live music
professionally for over three decades. Versed in many styles and genres and

venues almost too numerous to list, but here are the most current available
and working setups...
The Kenny Haddaway TRIO: Nominated for a
Washington Area Music Award (WAMA), the
KHT is primarily a Roots Rock/Americana band with a healthy dose of blues
and classic country, classic rock, and radio hits that span vast decades and
three centuries The normal cast of characters (but not limited to) include
Andy Cammaro or Charles Solomon on the bass and vocals and Ray Strube
or Nathan Lorentz on percussion and vocals. We add various instruments to
the basic trio when needed.
Kenny Haddaway and Andy Cammaro DUO: The KHT
without a drummer...and a slight deviation from the band play list. It’s
more acoustic oriented music. I also do duets with a variety of other
musical accompanists and instrumentation depending on the event or function.
Kenny Haddaway SOLO: I’m available as a SOLO
for almost any type of event, and can discuss performance style and
presentation to fit the function...I was once hired to do solo “classical”
guitar in the lobby by the Air Conditioning Association of America at a
Conference/Banquet in Washington DC, and the President of the Association
asked me if I “Knew how to pick the Yellow Rose of Texas”...and was glad to
accommodate him! I do many styles and eras of music, and I usually do guitar
and harmonica accompaniment, along with voice. I also do a duo
with percussion, for a “band” sound in a compact package!
I have opened and done shows with lots of folks.
That doesn’t necessarily make ME any better of a performer, but
playing with professional players (and closet pickers) can be inspiring and
quite the lesson in how to entertain a crowd...Here is but a few that did
just that!

Kenny
Haddaway is just one of those lucky guys who has been able to do what he loves, and make a living at it. In a nutshell, it's all about the music.
